Gentle Yoga for Every Body
This gentle Hatha yoga class focuses on a relaxed pace and gentler approach to yoga postures. Classes will also include breathing, restorative postures and guided relaxation. Gentle yoga helps with flexibility, strength and well-being while relaxing your mind, increasing your energy, and reducing stress. For beginners and experienced students who want a slower paced, less strenuous class. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one. All classes are open to anyone, and you can drop-in anytime. No need to sign up, just show up! (Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class.)

Trauma Sensitive Yoga
Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) classes give participants an opportunity to engage in yoga that specifically speaks to the unique healing needs of those with traumatic experiences, grief, and/or PTSD symptoms. Students will be invited to explore slow, gentle yoga movements in a relaxed and safe environment. No yoga experience is necessary. Yoga postures are adapted to meet the needs of each student.

Sue provides professional development for groups who want to incorporate yoga and mindfulness into their school or workplace. She has presented to teachers and school personnel in Massachusetts in Worcester, Auburn, and Brockton plus workshops in Chicago, Virginia, Florida and Arizona. She is available to present workshops in yoga, meditation, Yoga for Grief, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga.
Sue also presents professional yoga trainings for yoga teachers.
These classes include JRI residential programs: Pelham Academy in Lexington MA, Little Heroes Home in Dracut, MA, Littleton Academy, Glenhaven Academy in Marlborough, MA plus Wayside Trauma Intervention Services in Milford MA, and private residences in the Central Massachusetts area. Additionally, Sue has taught at public and private schools throughout Massachusetts, Community Healthlink in Worcester MA, Veteran's Inc, Bedford Massachusetts VA hospital, Yellow Ribbon events for active duty military, The Compassionate Friends National Conferences, The Alternatives, Hope Floats Wellness in Kingston, MA, Worcester Recovery Center and Hospital, Worcester Trauma Conferences, and McLean Fernside Drug and Alcohol Treatment Program.
